(Summary description)Familiarize and understand the various performance indicators and operation of the pump unit before operation. Other personnel are prohibited from operating water pump equipment. The operator must correctly implement the safety operation specifications: 1. Preparation before manual start: 1. Check the water source, water level, and the opening and closing status of the inlet and outlet valves. 2. Check whether the voltmeter, signal light and other instruments of the water pump control cabinet indicate normal. 3. Check whether there is air in the water pump unit, and remove it if there is any. 4. Check that the water pump shaft rotates 3 times, and it should be flexible and free of obstruction. 5. Turn the coupling by hand to check whether it is balanced and light, and whether the safety cover is well covered. 6. In particular, check whether the coupling has cracks and whether its connecting screws are loose. 7. Check whether the packing is tight enough and the packing gland must not be skewed. 8. Check whether the anchor bolts are loose. 9. Do not place any sundries near the pump. . 10. Determine whether the direction of rotation is correct;
